I LOVE blue cheese dressing. How would you translate this dressing in Spanish? Queso azul?? No creo verdad?

Dressing is "salsa" in Spanish. I think blue cheese dressing would be "salsa de roquefort" in Spanish.

Amayo thank you! I had no clue that blue cheese dressing would be "salsa de roquefort". And to me when I hear the word "salsa" I think about the salsa you eat with chips. Very helpful!!

    Hola kvillanueva:

As far as I know, in "Mexican" Spanish that would be: aderezo de queso azul or aderezo de queso Roquefort.

    Greetings...

Aderezo ranchero or aderezo Ranch, either way.

That is correct. Salsa ranchera and aderezo ranchero/ranch are two different things. Salsa ranchera is awesome for tacos, eggs, tortilla chips, quesadillas, etc., and the aderezo ranch is for salads. Yummy!!!
