I don't know about an exact spanish translation for screenshot. How about screen sample or just sample? It means the same thing. It sounds like you are developing a program, if so, I would use "sample".

En el Microsoft Diccionario de Informático e Internet
se traduce screenshot como "captura de pantalla"

As to the next sentence, I think we have the same problem in Chile. People in general have adopted the English words or a Spanish distortion of them.
Haz click ( o cliquea) is a good example of this


I think it is mostly translators who are using Spanish terms for Computer Science

What is the Spanish word for "Gigabyte"? Is it something different or does it stay the same like the word RAM does?
