    According to the Collins English Dictionary, it is also "a shiver or shudder; a creeping of the flesh." So, in Spanish, it would be escalofrío, temblor, estremecimiento, etc.
    However, it would be good to have a little more context. What kind of text is the phrase in? What does it talk about?
