    Aha! Very interesting diegonel. That would describe someone who is unreliable, unpredictable, mercurial, undependable, irresponsible or...we might call them "flighty".


    Such a person might also be called eccentric: a person who deviates from normal forms of behavior.

    yeah, unreliable in the sense that you can't count on a VUELTERO/A since you know he/she will always find an obstacle or will have a "thousand" thouhgt before making his/her mind.
