Hi reeses, in spanish you can use "Seguiré aguantando/resistiendo" or "Nunca me rendiré".
en el primer caso para mi seria :"Seguire firme"
For a text like "I'm still standing despite all adversities..." you can use "Me mantengo de pie a pesar de toda adversidad."
