Does anyone know the meaning of these in Spanish and what they translate to?

Hi reeses, in spanish you can use "Seguiré aguantando/resistiendo" or "Nunca me rendiré".

en el primer caso para mi seria :"Seguire firme"

For a text like "I'm still standing despite all adversities..." you can use "Me mantengo de pie a pesar de toda adversidad."

Mejor: me mantengo EN pie a pesar...

Mantenerse de pie: to stand, to be able to stand
The child can't stand yet. El niño no es capaz de mantenerse de pie.
