It needs to be in the future tense / conditional tense for most of it.

I am describing a future airplane.

The pilots will be robots, so human pilots do not have to be paid.

The customer service will be extraordinary.
If you are not satisfied, you will get your money back.
There will be enough space for everyone to relax.
