    esa palabra no se usa en español, por lo menos en españa. a lo mejor en el ambito medico se utiliza, pero en español normal no. si quieres dime la frase de antes y la de despues para que te diga como lo traduciria yo vale? suerte!

    Estoy de acuerdo con mariola; asestar, en este caso no suena natural, da la impresión que se va a impactar un objeto, me gustaria leer un poco mas para, de acuerdo al contexto determinar algo que suene mas natural
