    Estoy traduciendo un texto en el que se describen distintas aptitudes que se valoran en los empleados. ¿Cómo traducirían "sense of ownership"?

    Bueno, no se pero ahora "ownership" tiene otro sentido. En el contexto de valores de un empleado creo que seria como "aceptar la responsibilidad" por su acciones.

    Sí, es como dice Vicente, hay múltiples términos ligados a ese uso de "Ownership", como el caso de "Project Owner" que hace referencia al empleado encargado de seguir/manejar un proyecto.

    Coincido. Creo que si el contexto tiene que ver con empleados respecto de una empresa, la mejor opción es "sentido de pertenencia".

    Creo que seria mejor "un empleado con sentido de responsabilidad"

    Sí, también pienso como Vicente y California, es sentido de Responsabilidad, creo que en el sentido de poder hacerse cargo de las cosas, de tomar el control o estar pendiente de cada proyecto, lo que se llama "Proactividad".

    I was talking with a "Help" representative on the internet today and following the conversation I was asked to answer some survey questions. This was one of them:

    "How satisfied are you that the chat representative took ownership of your needs?"

    I have to admit that I am not completely sure how I would describe what "ownership" means in this sentence. "Responsibility" doesn't seem to fit. It's more like the representative being "interested or concerned" about my needs.

    I'm not sure I like the way they're bending the meaning of this word. It seems a little silly to me.
