    I have found this word especially in context related to US visas, forms and immigration topics.

    Some translate it as "estatus", some as "estado" and some as "situación". How would you translate them in the following contexts?

    nonimmigrant status

    immigration status


    Any suggestions?

    Estado de inmigrnate. En condicịn de inmigrante. En situacịn de inmigrante.
