Default how to translate personal pronouns - tu vs usted

    Hi!

I'm translating an email of a company that sells virtual classes and I'm wondering if I should use Usted or Tu. The email is basically to encourage people to take classes. For example:

    "Hello Peter!
We notice that youhave registered for classes with XX, but have not taken a class yet. What are you waiting?"

Any suggestions? I'm not sure who the target audience will be but I think It will be used in the U.S.

    Thanks in advance!

Creo que yo iria con "tu"

Hemos notado que te has registrado para clases de XX pero todavia no has asistido a clases. Hay alguna razon de tu demora en asistir a clases?
