En México es más común usar
No use rastrillos, nada de rastrillos

La familia lavará/hará (more slang everyday word that is understood in this case) la ropa

Here's my try:

"Use no razors" "No razors" - "No utilice afeitadoras" "No apto para afeitadoras"

and

"Family will do laundry" - "La familia se encargará del lavado de la ropa"
