Hola. ¿Cómo se traduciría "it is only fair" en el texto siguiente?:

Diría "es más que justo" . Me parece que "only" lo vuelve enfático.

Si, me parece que si bien ambas opciones son válidas, la de Estefanía es un poquito más enfática, tal como intenta serlo el source. Por ese motivo voto por "más que justo", es como decir "es aun más justo, es incluso más justo"
