Thread: Please help me surprise my wife

I'm surprising my wife with a puppy to help lift her spirits after the death of her mother. I'm presenting the pup with a sign around her neck that reads "I am yours. You are mine." Could someone help with a translation into Spanish (shortest possible so that it fits on small sign). Thank you very much for your help

I failed to mention that the puppy is a female and the sign is meant to be her first "words" to my wife. Does this change the masculine/feminine characteristics of your translation? Soy tuya? etc.
