Yo podría querido un poco ayudar con una oración: "and he told me that he had been plannin to kill somebody for about as long as he could remember. Said that if they turned him out he'd do it again."
Tengo: "y él me dijo que había estado planeando matar a alguien desde tiene memoria. Dijo que si ellos lo volvería que él lo haría otra vez."
Pensamientos? Para mí esta frase parece extraño.

Actually, "turn him out" can be translated as "si lo entregaban".
So it will be like "Dijo que si lo entregaban, lo volveria a hacer"
It's a very clear phrase Mati. but, "they turned him out" can be "lo sacaban" so "Said that if they turned him out he'd do it again." be "Dijo que sí, ellos lo sacaban, él lo volveria a hacer".
Ups! I read it wrongly.. I read it like it said "Said that if they turn him in"

It also depends on the context of the all text, so can change the meaning of the phrase
