    Default Empowering question

    Hi everyone!
Any suggestions to translate "Empowering question"? The context is a tip sheet for managers to fill out information. Unfortunately, I can't give any more context than that!
Maybe... "pregunta motivadora"... though it's not really empowering. This is a difficult word to translate.
    Well, thanks in advance!

In-House, I believe "pregunta motivadora" (preferable) or "pregunta liberadora" would be the nearest to an "accurate" translation, taking into account the type of questions these are.

If we look for empowering questions, we´ll find the type of questions that motivate, encourage, make you think about your inner-self to produce change, etc.

Hope to have helped, and tell us if you´ve already decided or found a better option.

    Cya!

If I am understanding you correctly, this is to be included in a format for managers. Because "empower" is also to "enable" you might want to title it: "Preguntas de Influencias" o "Preguntas Autoritarias" such as in authority. . .

If I find anything else I'll let you know

    Default empowering question

    Hi!

I do work with empowerment and other methods to raise people's enthusiasm and creativity. Here you are some options:

Cuestiones/temas/preguntas (another meaning for "question") sobre empoderamiento
Preguntas apreciativas? (search for "appreciative inquiry")
    Preguntas que dan/para dar poder?

That's all for free; good luck!

En educacion diríamos "pregunta disparadora", o sólo "motivadora" o ·disparador"
