You would have to tell her the following:
"Dejá mi novio en paz o te voy a cagar a palos"
" ¿Te garchaste a mi novio? no lo vuelvas a hacer pedazo de f0rr@"
I'm not native, but if you wanted slang, this is slang....you might want to wait for a native translation
A stronger option:
"No me soples el bife o se arma alto bardo." I would correct "Dejá a mi novio en paz o te voy a cagar a palos"
You can add "p**a" instead of " f0rr@". "¿Te garchaste a mi novio? no lo vuelvas a hacer pedazo de f0rr@"
Oh, that's unfortunate!
You might want to say something like:
"No te vuelvas a acercar a mi novio o me vas a encontrar. Te quedó claro? Ni se te ocurra movértelo de nuevo, trola"
You might want to look for something "nice" to say to your boyfriend too...If you come up with something that needs a spanish version, we'll be glad to make it sound Argentine
Bueno, it takes two to tango. He's the problem. If he's interested in cheating on you he will do it with her now or someone else later. Threatening her will not make a difference. Just one man's opinion.

You could say.
"Rajá": Means "get out of here" if you say it, use a strong emphasis on the last "á"Rajá "pata de lana", rajá de acá o te quemo.
"Pata de lana": Is a slang term, for to those that get with people that already have a relationship
"Te quemo": is a street way of saying 'I will shoot you' you can change it for "te corto" I will cut you.
I agree with @vicente You might want to find a better one, there are plenty fish in the pond.
