Default Need help with critical translations

I need help with a translation sheet for my volunteer fire department to use during emergencies.
As you can see, the listing includes the Spanish word as well as the phonetic pronunciation.

    For example:

    Calm down.
    Calmese.
    Call-meh-say.

I would very much appreciate it if someone were able to complete these last phrases for me.
    Thanks!

Hello, my name is _____________, and I am with the xx Fire Department.
Hola, mi nombre es _____________, y estoy con el cuerpo de bomberos de xx.
    O-luh, Me Noam-bray S _____________, xx day boam-bare-os day xx.

    Can I help?
    Puedo ayudar?

    Try to relax.
    Intente relajese.

Do you need to go to the hospital?

It's very difficult to phonetically transcribe if you don't know the phonetic alphabet (if you do, let us know, cause it's easier) but I did my best.

I am glad to say that we have not had very many fires lately SandraT.

I have one more word to add to the list. The dialect is Mexican, if it makes any difference.
How do you say "stop", as in the context "Stop doing that".
Alto, pare, parada? How is it pronounced?
    Al-tow or all-tow, pear, pa-rah-da?

I apologize for my ineptness with language. : )
