Hi Mem286, "Transporte compartido" encompasses pretty well the idea behind “car pooling” .. I like it too. Another option would be "convenio entre conductores comunitarios", but I this expression might not be suitable for some Spanish speaking countryOriginally Posted by mem286

I often heard in Argentina the expression "pool" meaning a mother who takes several kids to school in his own car one day, another mother the next day and so on.
