Default "Either party may appeal this order but submitting a written request..."

I just found this site and like what I see. I occassionally get asked to translate various things in the office and sometimes it's easy but other times it's a real pain as many of the requests are outside of my regular vocabulary. I hope someone can help with this.

"Either party may appeal this order but submitting a written request for a formal evidentiary hearing to the Division Director. This request must be received by the Division within thirty days from the date of the issuance of this order of the Commission. The request should be submitted to: "

    Good luck!

I think there's a typo in the English version. 'but' does not make any sense.

Either party may appeal this order by submitting a written request for a formal evidentiary hearing to the Division Director. This request must be received by the Division within thirty days from the date of the issuance of this order of the Commission. The request should be submitted to: "

Default Thanks for catching my error

Here I was struggling with the Spanish translation and it surely doesn't help if I can't even write English well enough to ask. Thanks for catching my error and clarifying.
    Un abrazo,
    Z
