Is there a way to say "just" in spanish? for example, "i am just a driver" or "I'm just here to deliver a message" ?

There are two different ways. The more literal one is "soy sólo un conductor" "Estoy aquí sólo para entregar este mensaje". Watch out that "sólo" needs an accent as it is replacing "solamente" (as an adverb and not an adjective).
The other way that is not literal at all would be: "No soy más que un conductor". "No estoy aquí más que para entregar este mensaje".
Hope this helps!
thanks alot.. that makes perfect sense
