i know that wholesale banking is the opposite of Commercial banking, But i can't come up with the translation. And I am lost with this part:

I'm not sure if you could translate "wholesale banking" as "banca en general" or "banca financiera". As for the second phrase, try this: "Ofrecemos una amplia gama de productos a la cartera de clientes corporativos e institucionales de ING". I hope it helps.
