Default A little advice for a newbie?

    Hello,

I'm a translator newbie . I would love to have someone more experianced than I help me simplify this translation. I don't even care if it's completely reworded as long as the context is preserved. Thanks!

"Customer service is going to credit $15 to your account for the game you purchased but it won’t show up until next month’s bill. If you don’t pay that $15 this month you’ll be charged a late fee on the next bill which can also be credited back to. Would you prefer to pay the extra $15 this month and have a smaller bill next month or would you rather deduct that charge from this month’s payment and have customer service call you next month to credit the late fee back to you?"

"Servicio al cliente le va a dar un reimbolso de $15 por el juego que compró pero no saldrá hasta la próxima factura. Sí usted no incluye los $15 en el pago de este mes, se le va a cobrar un recargo por demora pero eso tambien se lo devolverá. ¿Prefiere usted pagar los extra $15 este mes y pagar menos en el próximo, o prefiere descontarlos del pago de este mes y hacer que servico al clente le contacte en el mes siguiente para devolverle el recargo?"

Hi sean, welcome to the forum. You seem to have clicked twice on the "post a thread" button, I have deleted one so as to concentrate the answers in one thread.

Default Thanks!!! A few more questions...

Thanks a ton!!! Can you help me understand a few of the gramatical corrections? (1) When do you use "le" and when do you use "lo"? or is it just kind of by ear? (2) Also, I'm a little sketchy on how to use the dash ("-").

Hi sea, lo can only be direct object. le is , as in your sentences, indirect object.

The dash part?? I don't understand. I used on red dash to indicate the missing word. did you mean that??
