i would appreciate if you help with the phrase "at other times" in Spanish

"Leave a voice mail at other times". (idea is -when telephone or mail is not available)

I don’t really understand what you want. Do you want to say “Please leave a message I will call you as soon as possible.”?

You can say Deje un mensaje de vos en cualquier otro tiempo.
So if it said- We can't come to the phone or answer emails right now, please leave a voice mail, thanks. No podemos contestar su llamada o correo electronico en este momento, por favor deje un mensaje de vos, gracias.
