Can anybody help me translate the following text?

    Thanks

Now I'm the novice here, and this is the best I can do. Do not use this translation for legal purposes:

We confirm receipt of your document received July 25, 2008 concerning our flight UX045 Madrid - Rio de Janeiro June 11, 2008. Again, we are sorry for what happened, however, after reviewing the file in detail, we advise you that to continue with the study and later resolution of your file, we need you to send us the receipts of the expenses that the incident caused, as well as photocopies of your identity card or passport, the banking data (name, mailing address of the bank, IBAN and SWIFT/BIC).

We thank you for your comments. We hope to see you again on board to give us the opportunity to serve you better.

Google IBAN SWIFT/BIC if you don't know what that is, because I sure don't know. Maybe your bank will.

That refers to international banking identification. In addition to the bank name, account holder and account number they require a SWIFT number which is used in international wire transfers. You have to get it from the bank.
