Muchas gracias por las personas que ayudarme el tiempo pasado. Sin embargo tengo un otra difilcutad.
I am reading some spanish text and cant make out this sentence:
"embiagada por la compasion que mi propia imagen me inspiraba".
clutching,pity,my own image, inspire me? how does this all make a meaningful sentence?

Perhaps the first word should be "embriagada" - in that case, you would get:

"intoxicated by the compassion that my own image inspired in me"

It makes a bit more sense, but you'd need context to get the full meaning.
