    Default Please check my translation?

If you've seen my other thread, I'm doing a project for my Spanish class and could really use all the help I can get. If you could please just translate these few phrases to me, I'd be really grateful:

Mientras estaba comiendo, leí un libro que se llama “Nicaragua”.
While I was eating, I read a book called "Nicaraguagua".

Por ejemplo, la pitahaya o "dragon fruit" es la fruta popular de Nicaragua, pero en México mango es más popular.
For example, pitahaya or "dragon fruit" is a popular Nicaraguan fruit, but in Mexico mango is more popular.

Por ejemplo, los mujeres lleva traje de Mestizaje cuando ellas bailan en la danza de Mestizaje. La danza representa la influencia de España en Nicaragua.
For example, women wear Mestizaje dresses when they dance in the Mestizaje dance. The dance represents the influence of Spain on Nicaragua.

También, el menú no ofrece comidas típicas de México, como tacos y tamales pero había muchos comidas con salsa de tomate.
Also, the menu does not offer typical Mexican foods, such as tacos and tamales, but had many foods that came with tomato sauce.

Ahora sé más frases para usar en el restaurante, como “Me puedes dar la cuenta, por favor?”, “Si, está todo bien”, y “Que es la especialidad de la casa?”.
Now I more phrases to use in a restuarant, such as "Can I get the bill please?", "Yes, everything is good", and "What is the special of the house?"

A pesar de esto, me sentí muy inmerso en la cultura de Nicaragua porque la comida estaba muy diferencia que mi comida tradicional. También, los decoraciones dentro de Gallo Pinto y el libro se llama “Nicaragua” me ayudaron aprender más sobre la cultura de Nicaragua.
Although, I felt very immered in Nicaraguan culture because the food was very differnt from my traditional food. Also, the decorations inside Gallo Pinto and the book called "Nicaragua" helped me to learn more about the culture of Nicaragua.

Yo trabajé en este proyecta por todo a sábado. Yo vine a mi casa a las tres de la tarde y yo trabajé hasta sobre las siete de la noche. Usé muchos materiales, como el diccionario y el libro se llama “501 Spanish Verbs”.
I worked on this project all of Saturday. I came to my house at three in the afternoon and worked until around seven in the evening. I used many materials, such as the dictionary and the book called "501 Spanish Verbs".

Me gustó mucho este proyecto y recomiendo El Gallo Pinto a otros estudiantes porque lo estaré una experiencia inolvidable y ellos aprenderá mucho sobre la cultura de Nicaragua.
I really liked this project and recommend El Gallo Pinto to other students because it will be an unforgettable experience and they will learn a lot about Nicaraguan culture.
