I wanted to end a text to my friend with something nice.

Does this make sense or is there something else that makes more sense?

It does make sense, but it sounds more natural if you say:

-Con todo mi amor, te mando muchos besos...
-Con mucho cariño, (and your name)
-Te mando un beso muy grande, con cariño...
