Thread: How do you translate "ecard pickup"?

How do you translate the following?

- Pick up your ecard

- ecard pickup

- ecard pickup notification email

Someone told me that "recogida de trajeta" is bad literal translation. Is it true? Or is it just a Spain Spanish vs South America regional Spanish?

I need the context. What is this? If this is a cash dispenser, you must say: "Retire su tarjeta" (Pick Up Your ecard).
