Si, es cierto!...es un verbo...dice "to nurture christian workers" y está incluido en una lista de objetivos a cumplir...

Before you can translate this to Spanish, you will have to decide what you think it means in English. "Nurture Christian workers" might mean something like "help Christians be successful in their mission" or "give Christian workers what they need to thrive and continue their work." Or maybe, based on the rest of the text, you think it means something else.

I think it will be easier for you to translate to Spanish if you clarify the meaning of the phrase in English.
