    I would keep it literal:

    "¿Qué? ¿Hacerme feliz? ¡¡¡Podés intentarlo!!!"

    Or it could also be translated as:

    "¿Qué? ¿Para hacerme feliz? ¡¡¡Podés intentarlo!!!"

    Without any further context, I myself would pick the first translation, though.

    Oh, and you might also want to change "Podés" to "Puedes" depending on the kind of Spanish you're using.

    It is not really possible to translate without context ,to make me happy could be a cynical expression ,meaning all the contrary.
