    Si te referis a mintues, por las notas que se toman en una reunion, por lo menos en castellano del rio de la plata , se dice MINUTAS

    En mi país también le llamamos actas (no se descarta el uso de minutas) , pero en los casos de reunión de accionistas, no hablamos de Junta si no de Asamblea: Para el caso de directores si hablamos de junta directiva.

    Una opción sería "Adopción de Resoluciones tomadas según Acta de (Asamblea de Accionistas / Junta Directiva) de fecha 19/11/08
