The phrase is "room and board" which means lodging and meals, so it isn't "board fee" rather it's "room and board fee."

Sounds like people who attend the first forum have to pay $10 more for their "room and board" as compared to people who skip the forum.

Don't lay too much stock on "Rep Points." The Grim Reaper is out there somewhere, hiding behind the curtain, and he/she decides the fate of "Rep Points" at will.
