Thread: A note to a dear friend

I was hoping to send a short note to a dear friend who's native language is Spanish. I can get most of the words but my grammar is terrible in Spanish. Can anyone help?

This is what I want to say:

"You are a wonderful friend. May all the care and kindness you give so openly to others come back to warm your heart.

You are a dear and gentle person. Thank you for the gift of you.

With much love, "

Edit: It may be helpful to know that this if for a female friend. I know that often makes a difference in to context of the translation.
