Thread: Spanish for "a stamped (self)addressed envelope"

Hello,
Does anyone know how to say "a stamped (self)addressed envelope" in Spanish?
I mean the kind of envelope on which you put a stamp and write your own address, so the receiver can return a letter or something by using it. (There is probably some fancy name for it in English that I don't know about. Sorry!)

I'm also wondering about a sort of round-off phrase I found somewhere - does it sound ...over the top..? I am thinking of using it in an email, and I want to be polite, but not too obsequious.

Agradezco mucho el favor que espero me dispensarán, y en la espera de sus noticias les saludo atentamente.

Do I sound crazy if I end a letter or email with that?

Un sobre sellado y con la dirección del remitente.

And, about the ending of your letter, it is grammatically perfect. If you want it to be less formal, you could say something like: "Agradezco mucho el favor y quedo en la espera de noticias. Les saludo atentamente."

I have tried to look the word(s) up, both online and in traditional dictionaries, from Swedish and from English, but without any luck.. It is invaluable to get help from someone who knows the language!

A little question;
If I were to put this in a sentence and refer to myself, would I exchange the last words "del remitente" to something like "del mí"?

Puedo enviarle un sobre sellado y con la dirección del mí, si es más cómodo para Ud.

Or can I use the sentence they way you wrote it?

So "con el sello" means with a postage stamp?
I am not sure if "postage stamp" and "seal" is the same thing... But it is a postage stamp (or paid postage for an envelope) that I mean and wish to say in Spanish.
My English is not the best..

Both suggestions sounds good, but I think I'll go with Hebes phrase.. In Swedish, to put a postage stamp on an envelope is called to "frankera". Not to drag that into this forum, but it is quite similar, and a word at least that I'm sure of the meaning.
