I just want to make sure it is well written... if something sounds weird modify it all you want but with the same context of course.

Una persona muy querida y gentil.

Oh also... just a spanish lesson when you say; Sigue siendo siempre la misma.
It means as if you say it directly to another person? like "Keep being yourself?"

That's the way I'd translate your note.

If you want to say "with much care" in a friendly manner, you can say "Con cariño" or "Con mucho cariño."

Also, when you say "Sigue siendo la misma" is the same as if you said "Always remain the same" meaning "Don't change your way of being."
It may sound weird to you because we, Spanish speakers, can elide the subject. We are allowed to omit it so that the sentence still refers to the person addressed and keeps its meaning.
