We have a 5 point scale with Very Satisfied "[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']Muy satisfecho" being the best and Very Dissatisfied "[FONT='Calibri','sans-serif']Muy insatisfecho" being the worst.[/FONT][/FONT][/FONT]

Yes, "estoy satisfecho" ususally refers to fulfillment of hunger, but also sound good in this case, it's not wrong.

Anyway, if you want to avoid the word "satisfecho" you can say:

"Muy conforme" (being Very satisfied)
"Muy disconforme" (Very dissafatisfied)
