I manage a Customer Feedback Survey for my company and I am getting feedback about our current wording for "Very Satisfied". We have a 5 point scale with Very Satisfied "Muy satisfecho" being the best and Very Dissatisfied "Muy insatisfecho" being the worst.

A good number of reps have asked me to suggest that we change the verbiage (especially the female reps) because they get very uncomfortable responses from their male customers when they ask "Quedo usted muy Satisfecho?" Every rep has told me that satisfecho refers to either a fulfillment of a hunger or sexual nature.

I would appreciate some feedback on this.
