1- Si saben la/esta canción, canten conmigo!
2- Cuando te (SINGULAR)/les(PLURAL) acerco el microfono, repetí/repitan (SING/PLUR) después de mi.
3- Me encanta / amo esta canción. (if you want to be more emphatic or rather emotional, so as to say, you can use the latter.
