Thread: Too complicated email for me.. should I rephrase or can anyone help?

I'm trying to write a letter in Spanish, with the help of all sorts of books and dictionaries, but this is too complicated for me who has never studied the language. I give up! Could anyone help me?
I know it's quite a lot, but only one sentence would be much appreciated!

I have made a few commissioned paintings, but not many since I don't paint to sell.

I can not value this painting myself (and money is not the most important thing to me), so I will let you suggest how much you are willing to pay for it. I am sure we can agree on something.
I can send it to you so you can see it in reality, before you decide.

But I ask (of you), if you should ever tire of the painting, please, don't throw it away. You can rather sell it back to me in that case, than dispose of it.

Sandra, perdon, tengo una objeción con tu traduccion.
La oración: I have made a few commissioned paintings, but not many since I don't paint to sell.
En español se traduciría como: "He pintado algunos cuadros por encargo, pero no muchos, ya que yo no pinto para vender".
Porque en ingles "commision" (relacionado con arte o musica) es un encargo que te hacen para que compongas una musica o realices alguna obra de arte.
Espero que no te moleste mi observación.
