Cómo traduciría al español la expresión "companion report", en el sgte párrafo:

Screen the other children in the homes for sexual abuse, obtaining minimal facts of any disclosure. Obtain information on the aunt's household, consult with SWS as to the need to generate a companion report. The children in his home will need to be screened as well.

Informe anejo should fill the bill o ha de captar el sentido requerido.

This is how I would translate it......

Obtenga informacion sobre el hogar de la tia, consulte(n) con SWS acerca de la necesidad de generar un reporte de pareja.

Pareja, assuming that companion is here in reference to the aunt. As in the aunt's companion (boyfriend).
