Thread: Please, I really need some help with this email translation

Hi! I would really be very grateful (!) if someone could please help me translate this answer to an email, that I'm trying to respond to. Either in polite Ud.-form, or adressed to several people since it's a business and they refer to themselves as "we".
And I am a woman myself, if it helps.
