Thread: How do you say "happy birthday" in Yucatec Mayan?

I have a co-worker from Yucatec and I want to wish her a happy birthday in her native language....anyone know how to say it in Yucatec Mayan?

That's a really unusual language. There's probably not many people that speak it! Did you find out?

unfortunately nothing, yet...i spent several wasted hours on the internet trying to find it and thought I would try this since it is a language spoken in Mexico..I was hoping some people that came on here would know both.

nevermind, someone answered my other thread. i translated it into what spanish i remembered from highschool, haha. i guess it is: u ki’imak óol k’iin kaba’. thanks!
