    Otra opción podría ser: Invitando o propiciando el negocio del turismo de salud.

    Por ejemplo
    ... los hospitales en aquellos países apartados reciben con gusto a los pacientes foráneos. De hecho están propiciando (o promoviendo) el negocio del turismo de salud.
