Thread: I have always loved you and always will

I have reconnected with a man who was a friend years ago and who has recently become much more. We never got together back then but there was a mutual affection and attraction. My Spanish was much better those many years ago and I am having a hard time expressing to him that I loved him then and now and that I always will. I know that he knows this, but I want to say it to him in Spanish.

Basically, can someone please translate the phrase "I have always loved you and I always will"?
