I think it is ok to say "Vice-Dean"

Your mother tongue might be English, so you´d like to help me with this short translation I made, just have a look at it and tell me whether it sound English, if you aren't a navite, you can help me anyway. Thanks a lot:
1) a bad realtionship with the boss usually weighs more heavely than economic reasons.
2) If the employees fall out with his boss, so does he with the company.
I think that is most commonly used: "dean" to say "decano" and "deputy" for "vice",so i would choose "the deputy dean"
