    Default "Opening statements" and "closing statements" in spanish

    These terms are often used in trials. What would sound more natural? Declaraciones iniciales/finales? O "alegatos iniciales/finales?

    Estoy segura de haber oido lo del "alegato final" y "discurso inicial", pero no soy abogado. Busqué en otros sitios y lo que encuentro es: Declaración de apertura/cierre.
