i need to translate "bypass ring" It is in the context of jewelry. Anyone have any ideas>

I've been looking for a translation, but it was impossible! I don't have much time because I'm at work now, but what I've been doing is I've been going through some jewlery websites in spanish to see if I can find what they call those rings. So far I haven't found anything, they only say what they are made of and things like that... But if you have some more time, perhaps you can check more of those websites and see how that goes...
