It´s good but there are some missing accents. Here it goes:

"Eres la luz en mi oscuridad, el amor en mi alma y la fantasia en mis sueños. Eres el único para mí."

When u say 'el unico', if u refer to 'love', that is ok but if u refer to 'girl' or 'thing' or 'woman', u should say la unica..dont forget it
