I think it's not and idiom, he doubled the word for rhyming purposes. "you've done me" could mean so many things, but in this context it would be something like "pudiste conmigo" o "me has vencido" (in the good sense), ya que la siguiente frase dice "I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted".

I've found this:

The song is describing a different type of experience -- which involves romance + love.
The singer has tried to be chill (relaxed, detached, easygoing) in romance, but now he has fallen head over heels in love. He is heated up, melting.
If a woman has done done me, then she's cooked me up to a very hot emotional temperature.
And it also hints that you feel that the two of you have already made love, at least in the mind.
