Buenos días, soy estudiante de traducción y tengo una duda terminológica. No encuentro el significado exacto en castellano de la expresión inglesa "fail to tackle". Por si acaso copio el párrafo en que aparece dicha expresión:

En este caso, ¨tackle¨ significa ¨enfrentar¨.
Entonces, puede decir ¨dejar a enfrentar¨.....
