it's slang from central america I believe. The correct expression would be "siempre tu compañera de trabajo" - I'm pretty sure this is what it says.
The translation would be
"your workmate always"
or
"it's always your workmate", depending on the context.

I have a different take. I think there might be a spelling mistake...so to me it should read like this:
"siempre tu acompañada del trago"
So to me it translates a woman who always has a drink (alcoholic) with her.
"You (female) are always with a drink (alcoholic)"
